Cost of a stage 1 is £250 and purports to offer 267 lb/ft (207 lb/ft) and 150bhp (from 113bhp) They also offer an economy map which offers 238 lb/ft Hi Guys. I have a 2004 Focus 1.8TDCI, Last year the tubo went and we had to replace it. Since then there seems to be a lot more turbo lag than before. Certain roads/junctions/hills that i drive on regulaly i now have to use a gear lower than i did before. For example, in 3rd gear the turbo used to kick in between 1500 and 1800 rpm, now i have February 11, 2014 - I've been offered a mate's '08 focus, with the 1.8 tdci zetec engine. It's only done 30,000 miles and looks like a bargain (£3.5k). Does anyone have any. There are few points to take care of when replacing the fuel filter with 1.8tdci: - gasket need to be positioned between the lid and the filter. Putting the gasket btw filter and the filter housing is going to cause air locks, in this case you need a new gasket positioned properly.
